Support Groups

Survivor Support Group

Tuesdays · 4:30 – 5:00 pm

You are not alone. This warm, welcoming peer support group is a safe space where survivors can share their experiences, connect with others who understand, and offer each other encouragement. Together, we explore what’s happening in our lives right now and discover ways to support one another on the path toward healing.

Healthy Healing Support Group

Tuesdays · 5:00 – 6:00 pm

Continue your journey in our Healthy Healing Support Group, held right after the Survivor Support Group. This educational group helps you build practical tools to recover and thrive after experiencing violence. Each week, we’ll learn about what healthy relationships look and feel like, practice skills for overcoming challenges and insecurities caused by trauma, and explore ways to break the cycle of violence.

You deserve healing, hope, and connection. We’re here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

Email jazmin@encouragecenter.org or call the enCourage office at 402-463-5810 for questions or to let Jazmin know you would like to attend one of our support groups.
